Africare Life Membership

Life Members provide essential support to the Africare mission: to improve the quality of life for the people of Africa. Life Members not only give financial support, they help spread the word that Americans, Africans, and people from around the world care about Africa. Through Life Members’ care and commitment, they inspire others to help.

Individuals, couples, families, faith-based organizations, community groups, sororities and fraternities, embassies, and educational institutions can become Life Members. You can also make a gift of Africare Life Membership for someone else as an honorary gesture or in memoriam.

In addition to the satisfaction of knowing you have helped transform the lives of Africans in underserved communities across the continent, you will also receive the following benefits:

  • Your name inscribed on the Life Members Wall at Africare’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
  • Recognition on Africare’s website and in the Annual Report.
  • Life Membership certificate and craft memento.
  • Invitations to Africare events including our special, annual event just for Life Members.
  • Special mailings to keep you informed of our progress.
