Africare Hosts Sold-Out Crowd for “Girl Rising” Screening

WASHINGTON (March 13, 2013) – On Thursday March 7, 2013, Africare hosted a sold-out crowd for a D.C. screening of 10×10’s feature film Girl Rising. This groundbreaking documentary is part of a global campaign to create awareness for girls’ education around the world including Afghanistan, Haiti and Sierra Leone.
